The development of Hotel Bahati in Matemwe has reached another significant milestone. We are pleased to announce that the construction of the ground floor has been fully completed. The foundations, structural columns, and ground floor slab now form a solid and stable base for the next levels of the building. The overall shape of the structure is clearly visible, and the scale of the investment is becoming increasingly impressive within the coastal landscape of Matemwe.
Completing the ground floor is one of the key stages in the entire construction process. At this point, progress becomes truly tangible – the future lobby area, restaurant spaces, and common areas are beginning to take their final proportions, and the functional layout of the hotel is now clearly defined.
The construction works are progressing in line with the planned schedule and under the close supervision of experienced engineers and specialists. We are currently preparing for the next phase: the construction of the first floor. In the coming days, we will begin assembling additional structural elements and continuing the vertical expansion of the building. The pace of work remains strong, and the project team is consistently delivering on every milestone.
With each passing week, visible progress transforms the site. The building continues to rise, and the vision of a luxury boutique hotel on the shores of the Indian Ocean is steadily becoming reality.
