The analyzed period shows a clear acceleration of works and the completion of further key structural elements. During this time, another structural slab was completed, enabling the continued vertical development of the building and reaching the next stage of the investment. At the same time, partition walls on the first floor were constructed, defining the final layout of the apartments and common areas, giving the building an increasingly clear and functional form.
One of the key elements carried out during this period was the construction of the pool area on level 0. The reinforced concrete structure of the pool has been largely completed, including a bar located directly within the pool and the technical facilities necessary to support this zone. This feature represents one of the project’s distinctive highlights and significantly enhances its overall standard.
Currently, works are focused on reinforcing the final structural slab, which will serve as the foundation for one of the most prestigious spaces within the entire development. This level is designed to host a rooftop pool along with a bar and restaurant, offering panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. This stage not only completes the main structural framework of the building but also defines its ultimate character and uniqueness.
In parallel with structural works, installation activities are progressing intensively on the first floor. Concealed installations are being carried out, including electrical systems and plumbing infrastructure, enabling a smooth transition to the finishing stages. The progress in this area reflects effective coordination and adherence to the planned schedule.
The investment is approaching the completion of the structural phase, which is one of the most critical milestones in the entire construction process. At the same time, interior works have already begun, gradually shaping the final appearance and functionality of the building. This clearly marks the transition into the next stage of development, where details, finishing standards, and the quality of solutions will play a key role.
Additionally, intensive logistical activities are underway, related to the ordering and delivery of finishing elements for the apartments. The coordination of deliveries and selection of materials is being carried out in parallel with construction works, ensuring continuity and preparing the project for a smooth transition into its final phase.
