First level completed! Construction of the next floor begins.

Hotel Bahati continues to rise. We are proud to announce another important milestone – the construction of the first level has been completed. The building’s structure is now clearly visible, and the project is becoming a strong architectural presence in the coastal landscape of Matemwe.

With the foundations, ground floor, and first level fully completed, the structure now forms a solid base for further vertical expansion. At this stage, the scale of the project becomes truly tangible – the future apartment spaces are taking their final proportions, and the views from the higher levels confirm the uniqueness of this exceptional location.

We are maintaining strong momentum. The next phase is officially underway – construction of the following floor has begun. Reinforcement works, structural preparations, and formwork installations for the new level are currently in progress. The development continues according to schedule and under the close supervision of experienced engineers.

Week by week, Hotel Bahati gains height and character. The vision of a luxury boutique resort overlooking the Indian Ocean is steadily becoming reality.

Intensive weeks lie ahead as we consistently move forward with our goal of setting a new benchmark for luxury hospitality in Zanzibar.
