Second floor underway. Rising higher every week!

Hotel Bahati has reached another impressive milestone – construction is now progressing on the second floor. The structure continues to rise dynamically, and the building is steadily taking its final proportions within the coastal landscape of Matemwe.

We are currently working on the flooring of the new level, while structural works and slab preparations are ongoing. The construction team is maintaining strong momentum, ensuring that all structural elements are executed according to schedule.

At the same time, installation works are actively progressing. Electrical systems, plumbing infrastructure, and preparations for air conditioning systems are being implemented in line with the technical design. In selected areas of the building, initial interior works have also begun, marking the transition from purely structural development to comprehensive project execution.

This is the stage where the investment moves beyond structure alone — the hotel is not only rising higher but also beginning to take on its functional and aesthetic identity.

Week by week, we are getting closer to delivering a luxury boutique resort with panoramic views of the Indian Ocean — a project set to redefine the standard of hospitality in Zanzibar.
